Bloom Community Services is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to lead independent, fulfilling lives. Through community-based programs, skill development, employment preparation, postsecondary support, and meaningful social experiences, Bloom helps individuals build confidence, strengthen relationships, and become more connected to their communities. We also help organizations and their leaders better understand the strengths, needs, motivations, and communication styles of their employees with disabilities—building more inclusive, collaborative workplaces where every employee has the opportunity to thrive. At Bloom, we believe everyone deserves to be seen, supported, valued, and fully included.
